Operate the Search Atlas platform to fulfill defined SEO packages.
Perform monthly optimizations, keyword tracking, and basic technical checks for assigned clients.
Maintain organized records of client preferences, unique needs, and historical information.
Serve as the central point of knowledge for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Manage a personal production calendar within ClickUp.
Complete monthly deliverables, including content updates, SEO tasks, and reporting, on time.
Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console to extract data and identify trends.
Create clear monthly performance summaries for stakeholders.
Assist with lifecycle campaign logistics, including data entry, basic performance checks, and light email marketing support.
Collaborate with the Senior SEO Strategist to troubleshoot technical challenges and support higher-level strategy execution.

2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or account coordination.
Direct experience with Search Atlas, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
Working knowledge of Local and Organic SEO fundamentals, including keywords, metadata, and rankings.
Experience in the beauty, salon, or wellness industry is a plus.
