Requirements
- Completed secondary or vocational education (intermediate or upper level)
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in HR administration or related areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Basic knowledge of employment law and/or SAP HCM is desirable
- Enjoy advising on a variety of HR topics
- Assertiveness and strong prioritization skills
- Self-motivation and willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
