Role Overview
Optimize and Automate the Revenue Tech Stack
Serve as the HubSpot Administrator, managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and overall system health across CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for lead routing, sales sequences, customer handoffs, and operational alerts.
Ensure data quality and manage integration points between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Iterable).
Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to document, implement, and enforce standardized operational policies and procedures.
Provide direct operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and train users on best practices within the tech stack.
Define key customer journey milestones and implement operational components for playbooks such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Scores.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across all revenue systems.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track KPIs including sales cycle efficiency, win rate, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Generate data-driven insights to help leadership identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Power User, with strong expertise in workflow automation and data management.
Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements for CRM and broader tech stack systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working with data (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
Passion for building and maintaining clean, scalable processes and documentation.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong focus on process efficiency and data integrity.
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of revenue operations in high-growth environments.
