Requirements
5+ years of web development/engineering experience with the "scar tissue" of managing production systems, plus 2+ years specifically in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments bridging Marketing and Engineering.
Full-stack proficiency with deep JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind knowledge, plus comfortable PHP skills for WordPress management and troubleshooting.
Proven MarTech integration expertise, particularly with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and complex Google Tag Manager setups (server-side tracking is a plus).
Demonstrated sophisticated workflow using AI coding assistants (Claude 3.5, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and prototyping effectively.
Strong API literacy with ability to read documentation and write custom scripts for platform data synchronization.
