Legal Operations & Compliance Coordinator

Role Overview

• Own and execute complex initiatives that intersect legal, compliance, insurance, revenue, and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Client Success, and Marketing
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements including MSAs and amendments
• Provide leadership with clear, directional recommendations based on analysis
• Participate in Sales calls to structure deals and unblock contract issues

Requirements

• Legal fluency but chose not to practice law
• Experience with U.S.-based clients and navigating U.S. legal and compliance frameworks in a business context
• Experience with contract negotiation (MSAs, amendments, commercial terms)
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes
• Comfort in talking to clients and executives
• Ability to build and analyze financial models in Google Sheets
• Experience in risk assessment and delivery
