About this role

Set up and manage Attio CRM, including contact records, deal pipeline stages, tagging structure, and reporting views
Build marketing automation workflows, including website visitor triggers, lead capture sequences, follow-up cadences, and nurture flows
Implement the internal operations playbook across content, sales, client delivery, and business infrastructure workflows
Manage the speaking engagement pipeline by researching conferences, submitting applications, tracking deadlines, and coordinating logistics
Draft LinkedIn posts, newsletter editions, and social content in the CEO’s voice using AI tools
Conduct prospect research before sales calls and meetings

5+ years of experience in a hybrid marketing and operations role
Experience setting up and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows
Experience with newsletter or email platforms such as Beehiiv, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred
Experience managing speaking engagement submissions, event logistics, or short-form content production is preferred
Background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing is preferred
