Role Overview

• Support the Principal of the family office by executing and managing key projects across new business ventures and operational initiatives.
• Ensure the successful launch of new ventures, streamline operations, and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Lead and manage new ventures, overseeing daily operations until dedicated management is hired.
• Build and manage launch plans for new businesses, ensuring alignment and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting operational or strategic initiatives, ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Comfortable using research tools (like AI) to gather insights and support business strategy.
