Senior Marketing, Performance Analyst

Role Overview

• Own paid performance strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Direct creative strategy alongside the in-house creative team
• Optimize toward real business outcomes
• Personal management of campaigns and stabilization of performance
• Build and optimize campaigns, analyze offline conversion data, collaborate with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops

Requirements

• 6+ years in paid media
• Managed at least $100K+/month in B2B ad spend
• Deep Meta Ads experience for B2B acquisition
• Experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of revenue-driven demand generation
• Collaboration with technical teams
