The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling design solutions across websites, landing pages, CMS-driven experiences, and mobile applications.
Design and evolve high-quality websites, marketing pages, and CMS-driven experiences across platforms such as Webflow and custom builds.
Ensure designs prioritize clarity, performance, conversion, and responsive behavior across devices.
Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile application interfaces that deliver strong user experiences.
Create compelling presentation decks to communicate ideas clearly and visually when needed.
Work independently while managing time, priorities, and multiple projects efficiently.
Maintain high design standards with minimal supervision.
Adapt design approaches to serve both business clients and direct-to-consumer audiences.
Deliver relevant, effective design solutions aligned with different user needs and conversion goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in UI/UX and product design with a strong portfolio showcasing web platforms, marketing sites, landing pages, and mobile applications.
Experience designing and shipping websites in Webflow, including CMS-driven pages and responsive layouts.
Background designing for both B2B and B2C products.
Experience collaborating with developers and working within real technical constraints.
Fluency in Figma for design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
Strong understanding of modern UX principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and customer experience optimization.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute quickly.
Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, including Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to create polished, client-ready deliverables, including presentation decks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with availability to work during PST hours.
