About this role
Role Overview
- Work on a modern, 100% Cloud & SaaS infrastructure
- Design, implement, and operate Cloud & SaaS infrastructure projects (Azure, Google Cloud, Business Central, Shopify, Modern Data Stack)
- Establish and strengthen Identity & Security foundations: SSO (Entra ID / Google Workspace), MFA, Conditional Access
- Drive optimization of our SaaS stack: tool rationalization and cost control
- Collaborate with the SysAdmin to ensure service continuity
- Support IT teams during production deployments
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of technical experience as a SysAdmin, Cloud Engineer, or Technical Coordinator
- Proficiency with Cloud and SaaS environments (Azure AD, Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Able to provide L1/L2 support on Mac and PC environments
- Knowledge of security and governance for SaaS tools
- Proficiency with project management tools and fundamentals (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to read or write simple scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
