Establish a modern QA culture, centred around QA coaching and a shift-left operating model.
Evaluate and implement automation strategy from scratch, assisting in optimising testing processes using advanced automation tools and frameworks.
Guide QA org design and career-path frameworks, working with existing leadership to implement any necessary changes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, product & operations) to support the integration of QA practices.
Contribute to establishing and maintaining QA standards, to ensure consistent and repeatable delivery of high-quality products.
Identify and address quality assurance issues to mitigate risks before they impact project timelines or quality.
Contribute to the preparation of reports on QA processes and outcomes for stakeholders and management.
Requirements
Minimum of +6 years of experience in QA Leadership, with expertise in client assessment and strategy development.
Minimum of +8 years of experience in QA, with expertise in automation.
Experience working in a Product operating model with outcome-oriented cross-functional product engineering teams.
Experience working with Direct To Consumer (D2C) mass market products and services.
Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and frameworks.
Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JIRA, TestComplete).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for team and client management.
