Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, execution, and optimization of media buys across all digital platforms
Conduct comprehensive reviews of the company’s end-to-end campaign operations workflows
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation
Evaluate the current campaign operations/trading team’s skillset, structure, and operational efficiency
Provide recommendations for training, resourcing, and performance enhancement to ensure the team remains competitive and effective
Work closely with the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to ensure campaign operations & trading commercials align with company policies and broader business goals
Monitor key campaign performance metrics and analyze performance trends
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
Deliver regular updates and analytical insights to the CFO/COO
Support informed strategic and financial decision-making through data-driven recommendations
Ensure all campaign operations & trading activities adhere to internal controls and external compliance requirements
Requirements
12+ years’ experience in Performance Marketing & Campaign Operations in global/regional companies
Strong hands-on experience across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and leading programmatic DSPs
Proven ability to optimize pricing and performance to ensure competitive media buying rates and maximize campaign efficiency
Demonstrated experience in guiding, coaching, and upskilling Campaign Operations teams on advanced platform strategies and performance-driven optimization tactics
Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple advertising platforms
Proven capability in managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operational excellence
Active contributor to pricing and commercial strategy initiatives
Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership (C-level or equivalent) in fast-paced or global environments
Ability to think strategically and align campaign operations & commercials with overall business objective
