Build working prototypes in code that explore interactions, test assumptions, and communicate solutions to the team
Define how features work, not just how they look
Contribute to the design system
Collaborate with engineers — working closely on the implementation layer
Collaborate with other designers — participate in design crits and pairing sessions

8+ years working as a product designer
Confident with speaking to customers and co-ordinating research
You can plan, run, and synthesize user research independently
Strong visual design and interaction craft
You produce work that’s both clear and considered
Technical enough to prototype in code
You build meaningful prototypes in React
Strong communicator — written and verbal
Thrives with autonomy
Experience in complex domains (insurtech, fintech, healthcare, legal, etc) or B2B SaaS products (desirable)
Experience working at startups or scale-ups (desirable)
Willingness to visit our London office occasionally (desirable)
