Change Manager – PLM 3DEXPERIENCE Project

Role Overview

• Change management
• Develop and monitor the transformation action plan.
• Coordinate change-management activities (schedules, deliverables, risks).
• Lead steering meetings and report to stakeholders.
• Support business teams
• Analyze existing processes and identify the impacts of new methods.
• Deploy new practices in collaboration with business teams and the Methods & Tools department.
• Prepare and organize user training.
• Change management for the PLM 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Diagnose human, organizational, and technical barriers and enablers.
• Define a support strategy: communication, training, and resistance management.
• Create appropriate materials (guides, tutorials, FAQs, videos).

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, or organizational management.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in change management within a PLM context or digital transformation.
• Technical skills: Strong working knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Knowledge of PLM processes (configuration management, change management).
• Languages: Fluent French; professional-level English preferred.
