Junior Business Insights Analyst

Role Overview

• Analyze business performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Build and improve dashboards, analyses, and decision frameworks
• Deep-dive into specific areas (pricing, customer behavior, unit economics, operations, marketing performance, etc.)
• Prepare structured insights and recommendations for senior leadership decisions
• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc problem solving

Requirements

• Top graduate from a leading business school (or equivalent academic background)
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable working with data
• Think in a structured, first-principles way
• Intellectually curious and ask sharp questions
• Can handle ambiguity and figure things out independently
• Want to learn directly from a CEO and take responsibility early
• Ambitious, but humble and coachable
