Delivering an exceptional and seamless candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
Providing market intelligence, talent insights and data-driven hiring recommendations
Continuously improving recruitment processes to drive efficiency and hiring success
Requirements
6+ years experience in technology recruitment (RPO, embedded, or in-house)
Proven success hiring across engineering, data, product or platform roles
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships
A proactive and strategic mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
Passion for technology, innovation and building exceptional teams
