- Lead end-to-end recruitment across high-volume hiring projects
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring strategy
- Source, attract, and assess high-calibre talent within the FinCrime space
- Deliver an efficient, data-driven, and high-quality hiring process
- Manage stakeholder communication and recruitment reporting
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent Partner within an RPO or in-house setting
- Strong background in high-volume recruitment
- Advantageous
- Proven experience recruiting within Financial Crime (FinCrime), Compliance, Risk, or related disciplines
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skill
