Own and drive the live operating model, ensuring the team adopts new practices, ceremonies run effectively, and delivery becomes more predictable sprint over sprint
Take end-to-end ownership of the product backlog — writing and grooming user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and keeping the development team unblocked and focused
Act as the primary interface between Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, and the development team — triaging inbound feedback and translating it into prioritized, actionable backlog items
Track and improve key delivery metrics including sprint planning accuracy, backlog readiness, release scope deviation, and first-pass acceptance rate
Co-own and develop the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and the broader Verticals strategy, contributing market and customer insight as operational stability is established
Lead customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to progressively define and evolve the product vision independently over time
Collaborate cross-functionally with Dev, QA, UX/UI, Tech Lead, GTM, and Customer Support — maintaining a clear thread across all stakeholder relationships without losing momentum on delivery
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management and/or Product Owner roles, ideally within SaaS or B2B software environments
A proven track record of operating as both PM and PO — comfortable owning strategy and backlog execution simultaneously without delegating either layer
Solid, practical experience with Scrum/Agile delivery — sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives are second nature to you
Proficiency in Jira for task and backlog management, Confluence for documentation, and Figma for design collaboration and review
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to hold the thread across developers, QA, UX, Commercial, Customer Support, and leadership without dropping the ball
Clear, structured written and verbal communication — you can translate business language into dev-ready stories and articulate technical constraints back to commercial teams with equal ease
A data-driven approach to prioritization and impact evaluation, with experience defining and tracking product KPIs such as adoption, satisfaction, and delivery performance
Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language is a strong advantage given Entré’s core market and stakeholder base
A genuine curiosity about AI and how it can accelerate product work — you actively experiment with AI tools in your day-to-day, and you bring that forward-thinking energy into how the team discovers, prioritises, and ships
