Assist with pre-sales activities for larger clients by discussing the implementation journey and addressing any questions they may have about the process
Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process
Provide technical training to internal teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
Host & Co-host client facing webinars to increase their knowledge of the inforcer platform as well as ad hoc topics
Delivering multiple implementation sessions, managing the project and client communications
Lead & Manage bespoke implementations for larger clients, including project planning and ensuring the client reaches milestones
Proactively updating & creating documentation, creating video content for internal training as well as customer facing; this includes staying up to date with latest feature updates to the inforcer platform
Deliver platform training and technical sessions for both virtual and in person, within a group setting
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our solution meets their expectations and business requirements
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process and upon its completion
Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and the overall client experience
Requirements
3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager or similar experience
Strong project management and client communication skills
Previous experience with technical implementations, particularly across Modern Workplace, M365 delivery and other SaaS products
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
