Process month-end and year-end work papers and journals
General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Contribute to the preparation of Monthly Management Reporting
Assist with collation of year-end audit queries documentation
Assist stores and internal stakeholders with general ledger queries
Credit card administration
Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent preferred) with 3+ years’ experience, preferably in retail environment
Understanding and experience in Australian statutory reporting and obligations
Understanding and experience in month end reporting
Experience in using technology for automation and streamlining of systems and processes
Have strong skills in SAP (or similar large ERP) and Microsoft Office
Can do attitude and open to learning new things
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Maintain strict confidentiality with financial related records
