Lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking campaigns for branding, product marketing strategy and product launches.
Ensure Tangram’s offerings are positioned to meet market demands.
Work closely with the Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to identify ways to extend Tangram’s brand awareness and accelerate sales.
Develop and execute a marketing strategy in support of the company’s growth objectives.
Utilize deep understanding of the Defense domain and technology marketplace to develop compelling marketing content.
Understand user and customer journeys to craft personas, use cases, and narratives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Growth teams to create and deliver content related to value propositions.
Coordinate and execute Tangram’s presence at relevant events (trade shows, conferences, webinars).
Plan and execute web, SEO, database marketing, email, and social media marketing campaigns.
Track and measure the success of Tangram’s marketing campaigns and strategies through analyzing key performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related industry field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product marketing or related roles.
Possess ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Demonstrated experience in Marketing within or to the Department of War or other government/defense organizations is imperative.
Demonstrated understanding of technical products, particularly mission systems integration software or tools used by engineers and developers for software interoperability and verification.
Demonstrated experience in crafting go-to-market strategies and launching products in the software or hardware space.
Exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Examples of prior work products may be requested.
Basic knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
