Role Overview
Handle inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email
Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency
Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
Stay informed on our products, services and company policies
Recommend and upsell relevant products and services when appropriate
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools
A team-oriented mindset and a pro-active attitude
You’re efficient and can quickly adapt to new situations
A natural problem-solver with empathy and professionalism
Nice to have: Experience in customer service
Nice to have: Proficiency in an additional language (especially Swedish, Danish, German, Dutch, French or Spanish)
