Train users in supply chain, logistic and production processes within D365 F&O.
Give user support together with other internal and external consultants to currently 600 users.
Configure, maintain and upgrade D365 F&O modules like WMS, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Perform business analysis and process analysis.
Understand and analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities and discuss with the stakeholders to find solutions for their requests.
Document and communicate findings clearly.
Write designs together with our developers according to the user requirements efficiently combining standard D365 F&O functionality and providing effort estimations.
Contribute to a D365 F&O implementation as part of the ERP team with a focus on logistics and production modules.

At least 8+ years of experience as a Supply chain/ Logistics consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance&operations.
Participation in roll-out projects of D365 F&O or Axapta
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, identify improvement areas, and analyse user requirements.
Expertise in eliciting detailed requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user manuals.
Excellent communication skills in fluent English for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
