Role Overview
- Full responsibility for the technical execution of retail media campaigns
- Proactive monitoring of all active campaigns for delivery (pacing) and performance against key KPIs (RoAS, CTR, Viewability, Reach)
- Preparing recurring (mid-campaign) reports and comprehensive post-buy reports
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Campaign Management (account management, ad trafficking) on the agency, publisher, client or ad-tech side
- Direct experience with ad servers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Allegro Ads, Amazon Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Ad Manager 360, Adform, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Polish and ability to communicate in English smoothly
