Role Overview
- Build and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards
- Act as key contact for customers and internal teams
- Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers
- Collaborate with teams to help stay ahead in producing industry leading see-through displays
Requirements
- Solid experience in project and/or program management
- Familiarity with project management frameworks like PMBOK and PRINCE2
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project and advanced Excel use
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and external partners
- Comfortable with dynamic R&D environments
- Fluent English skills – both written and spoken
- Fluent Chinese skills – both written and spoken
- A natural problem-solver who stays ahead of issues and keeps things moving
