Develop and maintain IT architectures and solutions aligned with organizational goals and corporate strategy
Participate in identifying, designing and implementing IT systems and projects
Analyze business unit requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
Ensure the functionality, performance and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities for software development
Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices
Support the further development and optimization of existing IT systems
Work closely with colleagues from other departments and external partners

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture and software development
Solid knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and common web technologies
Experience designing and implementing scalable and secure IT architectures
Good knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
Understanding of IT security aspects and data protection regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and solutions clearly
Team player with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
