About this role
Role Overview
Analyze and prioritize leads to optimize commercial outreach.
Contact potential clients by phone, effectively presenting and positioning the platform.
Provide key product information and deliver tailored online demonstrations.
Manage inquiries, objections, and prospect needs throughout the pre sales cycle.
Prepare economic proposals and quotations, ensuring all required information is provided.
Conduct follow up actions and contribute to commercial closures, driving new business opportunities.
Review and maintain an up to date client portfolio.
Anticipate needs and identify improvement opportunities by maintaining close, ongoing communication.
Analyze contracted services and propose enhancements or extensions aligned with client objectives.
Prepare quotations and documentation for renewals or service upgrades.
Monitor client evolution and ensure a consistent and satisfactory experience.
Prepare budgets and commercial documentation for each client.
Keep databases and corporate tools (CRM) consistently updated.
Coordinate regularly with internal departments to ensure aligned and efficient documentation management.
Understand and comply with the company’s Quality and Information Security Policies, aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and the National Security Framework.
Apply and promote the company’s Environmental Policy guidelines.
Requirements
Strong understanding of sales department operations and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Experience in lead identification and management, economic proposal preparation, and commercial execution.
Proficiency with work tools: email, CRM systems, Jira Cloud, Excel / Google Sheets, and internal platforms.
Decision-making ability and experience in team management.
Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
Clear, structured, and professional communication skills, both internal and external.
English proficiency is a plus.
High capacity for organization, planning, and priority management.
Proactive, autonomous, and self driven profile.
Spanish and English fluent.
