Role Overview
- Provide technical support for assigned products and therapies to hospital personnel in the assigned region (pre-, intra
- and post-operative)
- Advise on product usage and technical specifications
- Identify business opportunities (sales opportunities) across the entire product portfolio and other products (cross-sell and up-sell)
- Share information with team members and sales colleagues, coordinate sales tactics and initiate sales proposals
- Prepare and send quotations for products in the Therapy and Enabling Technologies areas
- Optimize the use of spinal implants and manage tasks related to patient care
- Plan customer care activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in medical technology sales
- Knowledge of products and services in spinal and neurosurgery
- Solid technical product and therapy knowledge in the defined therapy area
- Strong ability to build relationships with surgeons and therapy staff
- Fluent in German and English
