Participate in collecting, verifying and tracking payroll variable elements
Contribute to preparing the data required for payroll processing
Assist with the administrative follow-up of payroll-related files and personnel management
Help update monitoring tools, dashboards and databases
Contribute to processing and filing administrative documents related to payroll activities
Check the consistency of submitted information and report discrepancies or anomalies
Assist in tracking absences, leave and other items affecting payroll according to the company’s organization
Respond to first-level inquiries related to administrative matters or direct them to the appropriate contacts
Ensure the confidentiality, reliability and proper organization of the data processed
Propose improvements to administrative tracking, information organization and process efficiency
Requirements
Enrolled in or preparing for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 qualification in payroll, human resources, management, administration or accounting
Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable with numbers
Comfortable working in a structured way and keeping accurate records
Able to demonstrate discretion, reliability and professionalism
Methodical and capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel
Proficient with office and digital tools
Eager to learn in a demanding, professional environment
A first experience in payroll, administration, human resources, management or accounting (internship, apprenticeship, student job) is a plus but not required if you are motivated
