Support the store manager in organizing and overseeing the store's day-to-day operations;
Participate in on-floor team leadership: relay instructions, coordinate activities and provide operational support;
Contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with brand standards;
Monitor key performance indicators: sales, average basket, conversion, customer satisfaction, according to activity;
Help implement initiatives to boost sales and improve results;
Assist with scheduling, setting field priorities and assigning tasks;
Help maintain the store: merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, organization and visual appeal of the sales area;
Take part in stock monitoring, inventories and identifying operational needs;
Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as hygiene, safety and quality rules;
Propose improvements to enhance organization, customer experience and store performance.
Requirements
You are completing a 2
to 5-year higher education program (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in business, management, retail, customer relations or administration.
You enjoy hands-on, dynamic environments that offer responsibility;

You have strong interpersonal skills and communicate clearly;
You have commercial awareness and an interest in frontline management;
You are comfortable with an operational pace and varied tasks.
A first experience in sales, retail, distribution, hospitality, management or customer service (internship, apprenticeship, student job) is a plus, but not required if you are motivated.
