Support the administrative management of staff: creating and maintaining personnel files, updating information, and filing documents
Assist with tracking employee onboarding and departures
Help prepare and monitor HR documents related to the employee lifecycle
Participate in the administrative tracking of absences, leave, and other HR-related items according to company procedures
Support teams with various day-to-day HR administration tasks
Contribute to updating tracking tools, dashboards, and HR databases
Assist with the logistical and administrative organization of HR activities
Respond to first-level inquiries and direct contacts to the appropriate person or team
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma (Bac+2 to Bac+5 / from 2-year to master’s level) in Human Resources, Management, Administration, Business, or a related field
Good interpersonal skills and an appreciation for people‑centered work environments
Organized, meticulous, and comfortable with administrative follow-up
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a methodical way
Comfortable using office and digital tools
Eager to learn in a structured environment
