Participate in the entry and monitoring of accounting documents.
Assist with processing supplier and customer invoices.
Help reconcile accounting and administrative documents.
Take part in updating tracking spreadsheets and management tools.
Assist with filing, archiving and organizing accounting documents.
Handle the administrative follow-up of certain files related to operations.
Support the preparation of items needed for audits or closing procedures.
Help identify discrepancies, anomalies or missing documents and report them.
Collaborate with various internal and external contacts as needed.
Ensure the reliability, confidentiality and proper organization of the information handled.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program (equivalent to an associate to master’s level) in accounting, management, administration or finance.
You are thorough, organized and comfortable with numbers.
You appreciate structured work and accurate record-keeping.
You demonstrate discretion and professionalism.
You are methodical and able to manage multiple tasks reliably.
You are comfortable with office and digital tools.
Previous experience in accounting, administration, management or as an assistant (internship, apprenticeship, student job) is a plus but not required if you are motivated.
