About this role
Role Overview
Meet monthly and quarterly new logo contracts targets
Hyperactivity in opening doors, creating relationships and turning them into new contracts
Constitutively sell using a sales process framework
Perform sales discovery calls and demos both remotely and in person where appropriate
Demo software as part of sales process
Discover, complete and submit RFP documentation in an organized way that doesn’t detract from other selling duties
Attend trade shows on the booth to generate leads, engage with the marketplace and learn
Be organization obsessed keeping CRM up to date and proactively follow up and communicate with all prospects
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments using that knowledge to open more doors
Requirements
Proven track record of success in SaaS new‑logo sales
Experience selling into higher education, residence life, or similar audiences
Strong prospecting capability across multiple channels
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Natural curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions
Strong written skills, particularly for RFP responses
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
Resilient, motivated, and outcome‑driven

base up to $85,000 plus commission (Year 1 OTE $170,000, Year 2 OTE $200,000)
