Manage Sitebee accounts and maintain strong relationships with operator customers, acting as a primary point of contact.
Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
Maximise revenues and KPIs through effective account management, commercial negotiations, and performance optimisation.
Document and update customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the internal CRM system, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical and product teams) to deliver partner requirements and align processes.
Troubleshoot partner-related issues and ensure timely, effective solutions to maintain high standards of service.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new operator partners, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our offerings.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Handle repetitive daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including report generation, data organisation, and cooperation with related teams on similar assignments.
Contribute to product and process improvements by sharing insights, new ideas, and revenue models with the wider team.
Represent Gentoo Media at meetings, industry events, and affiliate conferences, promoting business growth opportunities and strengthening partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role with digital products, online advertising, or sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations
Ability to analyse KPIs, financial data, and performance metrics to support business decisions
Proficiency in affiliate management platforms to strengthen partner relationships and optimise campaign performance
Skilled in utilising content management systems (CMS) to maintain high-quality, accurate, and strategically aligned operator listings.
