About this role

Design, deploy and maintain HR management solutions based on workforce data and HRIS applications.
Produce statutory Social Reports and manage the BDESE (Economic, Social and Environmental Database).
Interpret results and make adjustments according to client needs.
Design dashboards to showcase compensation strategy.
Transform raw data extracts into visual decision-support materials.
Analyze data transfers between tools and optimize data exchanges.
Assist clients in selecting or configuring their HRIS modules.

Master’s degree in HR (Bac+5) with a strong interest in IT and data.
Degree from a Business or Engineering school with a specialization in HRIS.
Initial experience in People Analytics, HR data, BI or HRIS configuration (internship, apprenticeship or full-time role).
Ability to translate business requirements into simple, operational technical solutions.
Rigor of a data analyst, intellectual curiosity and ability to explain technical topics to HR audiences.
Autonomy, curiosity and an appetite for innovation and process simplification.
