Act as the main point of contact for partners by providing ongoing support, answering queries, and resolving account-related issues.
Assist with technical inquiries, communicate new features and promotions, and help resolve operational challenges.
Drive the successful launch of new game titles by actively promoting upcoming releases and securing optimal placement within partners’ casino lobbies.
Monitor partner activity on the platform by analyzing player numbers, betting volumes, gameplay frequency, and performance trends, identifying opportunities for growth or additional support.
Focus on sales growth and customer retention through personalized commercial offers, promotional campaigns, and special initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, design, finance, integration management, and technical support to ensure smooth partner operations.
Represent the company and present products and services during business trips, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager within the iGaming or gambling industry (experience with casino game providers is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.
