You will be given responsibility for guiding Dustin's customers through their buying journey by providing excellent service and expert advice through the inbound channels of our First line team.
Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails
Provide expert guidance and support to customers
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient processes
Requirements
Experience with sales, customer service, or administrative work (2–3 years)
Technical skills and a strong interest in IT and technology
You are comfortable working in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
