8+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years leading Product Managers and/or delivery functions
experience building and scaling high-scale digital platforms
Proven track record leading multi-team roadmaps and shipping customer-facing experiences
AI fluency, with experience shipping AI-enabled product capabilities
experience automating business operations to achieve scalability
