About this role
Role Overview
Take full ownership of Finance, HR admin and IT at an international manufacturing company
Oversee all accounting, tax, treasury and compliance activities
Ensure accurate and timely monthly/annual closing and reporting
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Maintain up-to-date accounting records that reflect reality
Liaise with auditors, external accountants, banks, insurance partners and the parent company
Provide financial insights and decision-support materials to management
Ensure proper product calculation routines and cost management
Drive strong cash and margin management
Support risk management, including insurance matters
Handle HR administration (contracts, hiring, termination, basic administration)
Oversee payroll (performed by external provider)
Support management with people-related processes
Purchase basic IT equipment
Coordinate with the external IT service provider
Act as local ERP key user / system administrator (ERP: Deep)
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Accountant (preferred; not mandatory if accounting is outsourced)
3–5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, audit or similar
Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
Intermediate English (daily communication with Group)
