Requirements
At least five years’ experience of working as a Business Analyst in a financial services (ideally pensions) or IT environment.
Excellent communication skills with all levels and types of stakeholder
Ability to lead a matrix team with respect to achieving business analyst objectives
Have deep technical knowledge of our products or the similar technology.
Have experience of requirements gathering to support the configuration and development of pensions software, or other financial services related systems.
High degree of numeracy.
Excellent team worker with good time management and work planning abilities.
Be self-motivated and capable of independent working.
