About this role
Role Overview
Based at the Nantes office, you will play a dual role: ensuring the safety and durability of structures while acting as BTP Consultants’ ambassador in the Pays de la Loire region.
You will not only manage incoming files; you will actively prospect to identify new business opportunities across the department.
You will leverage your existing network (developers, public contracting authorities, general contractors) to promote the group's services.
You will build close relationships with your partners to become their preferred long-term point of contact.
You will take part in local construction industry events (trade shows, business clubs, federations) to increase the agency’s visibility.
Carry out assignments for the project owner in construction technical inspection.
Ensure the technical follow-up of construction projects from design to handover (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for people with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance).
Perform project studies, plan analyses, and on-site verifications.
Prepare reports containing your technical assessments and recommendations.
Requirements
Engineering degree specialized in Building/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
You have significant experience in technical inspection, giving you full technical autonomy.
You have a genuine commercial/business development mindset.
Entrepreneurial by nature, you enjoy sourcing new projects and know how to convince stakeholders with your expertise.
Knowledge of the regional economic landscape.
You hold a valid Category B driving license.
