Ensure technical oversight of construction projects (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for people with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance) from design through to project handover by conducting project studies, plan analyses, on-site inspections, and preparing reports that include technical opinions.
Contribute to the agency's growth by building client loyalty and proposing complementary services to meet their needs.
Collaborate in the development of new service offerings.
Participate in the evolution of our procedures by joining working groups or testing new tools/software.
Support clients at every stage of their project to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to the growth of your agency's activity.
Requirements
You hold an engineering degree specialized in Civil Engineering/Construction (BTP) or an equivalent qualification
Ideally you have at least 2 years' experience in a technical control office, either in a permanent role or as part of a work-study program
You are agile, responsive and rigorous (m/f)
You have strong interpersonal skills
You are motivated to contribute to the development of our agency
You hold a valid Category B driving licence
