About this role
Role Overview
- Visit and work at customer factories daily to ensure production quality.
- Build and maintain an intimate relationship with customers.
- Contact point for technical support to customers
- Follow and manage chemistry on stock of each customer, in factories/in line and consumption.
- Follow production and productivity to control and improve quality.
- Confirm and resolve technical issues, trouble shooting
- Analysis chemicals, products, sample at Lab facility if needed for issues, quality controlling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Chemistry
- Someone who has experience and knowledge in the chemical industry is preferred.
- Experience in Electroplating will be an added advantage.
- Good at multi-tasking.
- Good communication skill with the Team
- Good communication skill by English (Intermediate) and Mandarin (Intermediate)
- Candidate who passed HSK (Level 4) and TOEIC 450+ is preferred.
- Well communication, situation handling skills.
- Be dynamic and have responsibility.
