Mainly responsible for the electroplating copper, PTH and Shadow process technical services for customers in south Taiwan.
Support the local customers on chemicals in the customer line.
Monitor, improve, implement and review chemical related process parameters for related processes of customer production lines.
Provide technical support and process related technical solutions for Best Practice process control and operations.
Perform regular process audit for existing designated customer accounts.
Support during new process installation and perform new process set up.
Laboratory training for related process installation and routine analysis audits for GRC controls.
Support other accounts as deemed required across South-east Asia.

Preferably with experience 2-5 years or more in PCB chemical processes or related plating experience.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or related disciplines.
Experience in direct metallization, PTH and electroplating line setup will be an added advantage.
Competent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Computer literacy; esp., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Statistical analysis capabilities: JMP or minitab will be an added advantage.
Possess a valid Driving license.
Willing to travel or relocate as required during the course of work to perform the technical service duties.
Ability to communicate, support customers in a professional manner.
