Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS
Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deployment
Support clients internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations
Train other teams & coordinate information within the organization

Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience
Problem-solving approach and detail-oriented
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Fluent in both English & French
Good to have: Experience with LMS or LXPs administration / integrations
Good to have: Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
Good to have: Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding
