Advanced Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) in an effective and engaging way, ensuring distinct outcomes for every session.
Flow & Metrics: Monitor and help improve Agile metrics (e.g., flow, predictability, team health) to stabilize delivery.
Partner with Product Owners: Partner closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, story slicing, and acceptance criteria definition. Help translate business needs into well-understood backlog items.
Coach Self-Organization: Coach teams toward self-organization and accountability. Shift the team from relying on you for coordination to coordinating themselves.
Systemic Impediment Removal: Identify systemic impediments (internal and external to the team) and actively work with stakeholders to resolve them, rather than just solving day-to-day administrative blockers.
Agile Champion: Encourage the team to follow Scrum values and Agile ways of working.
Tooling Ownership: Maintain and continuously improve Agile workflows in Jira/Confluence to support transparency and reporting.
Requirements
Professional Experience: hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a software environment.
Experience supporting a team through the full software development life cycle.
Servant Leadership: Ability to build trust and psychological safety while challenging the team to improve.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with data (metrics, feedback) to inform improvement.
Curiosity: You are a creative thinker who loves to learn and always wants to find a better way to do things.
Technical Literacy: Practical understanding of how software is made (DevOps, testing, release cycles) to better empathy with developers and understand technical debt.
Conflict Resolution: Strong facilitation skills with the confidence to moderate difficult discussions and conflicts between team members or stakeholders.
Desired but not essential (would be a plus): An interest in or familiarity with mobile games.
Basic knowledge of other Agile methods.
A Scrum Master certification (like CSM or PSM I).
