Agile Coaching and Facilitation: Guide, coach, and motivate teams to increase Agile fluency and adoption; organize and lead Scrum ceremonies; facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution;
Project and Scope Management: Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives; ensure progress tracking and communication through Agile metrics; conduct quarterly planning (sprint zero) in coordination with other squads across the tribe identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate activities with other squads across the program; partner with and support Product Owners and Tribe Leads; participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters; contribute to the Scrum Master chapter, and various CoPs including Coaching CoP to set standards and improve best practices; promote Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience
Experience in coaching and development of squads and other Scrum Masters
Experience working with fully distributed scrum teams
3-5 years of working experience in various Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
Strong communications, facilitation and interpersonal skills
Agile and continuous improvement mindset with dedication to uncovering better ways of working
