About this role
Role Overview
- Standardize and automate core IT operations processes in our cloud-only environment
- Plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations
- Take ownership of incident, problem and change management according to ITIL
- Handle security incidents related to EDR and Microsoft 365 Defender
- Analyze complex disruptions to drive sustainable resolutions and ensure clear documentation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT operations
- Confidently manage complex system landscapes with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience with ITIL-based processes and thorough incident/root-cause analysis
- IT security operations (e.g., EDR, Microsoft Defender, compliance)
- Automation skills (scripting, workflows, Microsoft 365 automation)
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
