About this role
Role Overview
Provide Project Controls and project management input on client projects working collaboratively across multi-functional teams and taking a proactive approach, anticipating challenges and addressing them in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of project goals.
Deliver solutions that provide maximum benefit and value to the client, meeting or exceed their expectations.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, maintaining transparency and trust.
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, through understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that add value.
Promote i3Works' services and capabilities during client meetings, demonstrating expertise.
Contribute to the preparation of bid documents and proposals where necessary.
Seek out and support on internal projects that drive business improvements and operational efficiency.
Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and support the development of junior team members.
Requirements
Project Controls or related qualifications (such as PPMC, PP&C, MoR, RMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP etc)
High level of knowledge within at least one area of PC underpinned by fundamental understanding across PC and P3M, with a thirst for developing their breadth and depth of knowledge across multiple areas of PC and P3M.
Developing the ability to manage people across PC and P3M.
Experience delivering utilising waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
Previous consulting experience preferred
The suitable candidate will need National Security Vetting (NSV) security clearance. They will, preferably, already hold NSV to a high or very high standard, but must be able, and willing, to achieve it
