Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through active prospecting (email, phone, and LinkedIn).
Conduct initial conversations to understand the needs of producers and agribusiness companies and assess fit with EarthOptics solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and activities in CRM systems.
Work in partnership with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and support pipeline growth.
Research target accounts and agricultural markets to identify new business opportunities in Brazil.
Support the Customer Success team in creating reports for client meetings.
Identify and implement AI
or agent-based workflows to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of prospecting.

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospective customers.
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
